Affiliate publishing and program management

We publish affiliate websites. We manage affiliate programs.

Zoobu is a UK company founded by Kevin Brown, the founder of Awin (Affiliate Window). We own and run a network of 160 content sites that promote carefully chosen partners, and we manage affiliate and partner programs for brands.

For B2B SaaS vendors

We send business buyers to software companies.

Our B2B sites reach founders, marketers and small business teams while they are comparing tools. We promote SaaS partners through in-depth reviews, head-to-head comparisons, best-of guides, email and direct referrals from our consulting clients.

Two businesses, one team that knows both sides.

1. We publish

Our affiliate publisher network

We own and run 160 content sites across B2B and B2C niches, earning as an affiliate and referral partner through reviews, comparisons, guides and email.

2. We manage

Affiliate program management

We launch, fix and run affiliate and partner programs for SaaS and ecommerce brands, on the network or platform that suits them.

Program management

We know both sides of the table.

Most program managers have only ever worked brand side. We built a network and we run our own publisher sites, so we know what makes good partners join, stay and grow a program.

Strategy and commission design

Commission models, cookie windows and terms that attract the right partners without paying for sales you would get anyway.

Network and platform choice

Awin, Impact, PartnerStack and in-house tools, chosen for your market and margins, then set up properly.

Partner recruitment

Targeted outreach to content sites, comparison publishers, creators and referral partners who already reach your buyers.

Onboarding and creative

Partner briefs, links, copy and assets that make it easy to promote you well from day one.

Compliance and fraud monitoring

Brand bidding checks, disclosure standards and validation, so you only pay for genuine customers.

Reporting and optimization

Monthly reporting on revenue, partner mix and cost, with a clear plan for what we change next.

How an engagement works

01

Discovery and audit

A call to understand your goals, then a review of your current program or your launch options.

02

Launch or fix plan

A written plan with commission structure, target partners and the first 90 days of work.

03

Ongoing management

We run the program day to day and report monthly, usually starting with a three month pilot.

Our publisher network

Independent sites, written for people about to buy.

Zoobu owns and operates a portfolio of content sites. Each one is built around a specific audience and promotes only products we would recommend to that audience.

Niches

Retail and fashion, travel, finance, home and garden, health and fitness, e-gaming, consumer tech, SaaS and business software.

Channels

SEO content, in-depth reviews, comparison pages, buying guides, email newsletters and referrals from our consulting work.

Audience

Founders, marketers and small business owners, plus consumer audiences, mainly in the UK, Europe and the US.

Every site follows our editorial standards. A full site list with traffic evidence is available to networks and brands on request.

For brands and networks

How we work with partners

We treat every program we join the way we would want our own clients’ programs treated.

About

Kevin Brown, founder

Kevin Brown has been self-employed since he was 18. In 1999 he founded Affiliate Window, now Awin, writing the original platform himself, and grew it into one of the largest affiliate networks in Europe. In 2009 Axel Springer and PubliGroupe bought a 50.1% stake, and Kevin stayed on as CEO, leading the acquisition of buy.at from AOL and growing the team to more than 200 people before leaving in 2012.

Since then he has invested in companies across digital advertising and beyond, including SuperAwesome, which Epic Games acquired in 2020. He founded Zoo Management, taking The Australian Pink Floyd Show from small venues to arenas, and in 2015 founded FanCircles. Zoobu, set up in 2012, brings that experience together.
